A feeling of size: Normal size is recommended.
* If you are worried, we recommend you to try it on at the actual store.
(The width is about 9 cm for 37 sizes. About ± 1 to 3 mm for each size)

* Upper size change (+ 100B) → It is possible to change ± 1 size from the selected sole size, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit your feet.

* Our sandals are made by hand by craftsmen one by one. Therefore, there are some variations in seams, cutting method, wearing feeling, etc.
* The size notation is a guide only. Some sandals have different sizes depending on the type of sandals.
* There are problems with online sales, such as "You cannot try it on" and "The appearance of colors may differ depending on your PC environment and screen settings." If you have any concerns, we recommend purchasing at the store. (We cannot accept returns due to reasons such as the size does not fit or the image is different.)

Return / Refund Policy
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds except for initial defects.
It may look different from the actual color depending on your PC environment, screen settings, etc., but please note that different images, different sizes, etc. are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We carefully inspect the product before shipping, but if the product you received seems to be initially defective, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, it will be after the product arrives. Please contact us by email within 7 days. We will consult with you about the subsequent response.

Delivery information etc.
Depending on the timing of your order, the stock quantity may not be updated and the ordered product may be out of stock. In that case, it may take 1 to 3 weeks (or more if the sole is out of stock) to deliver because it will be produced after receiving the order.
